Adjusting weight stack position to realign guide rods into lower frame holes.

I was squatted and slightly bent over using a crowbar and my upper body to move the weight stack. Everything was going smooth as I got the weight stack repositioned correctly. But when I stood up I felt soreness and pain in my lower back.

Strain of the lower back lifting a weight stack during service.
