I was scrubbed in a surgery we were doing a open rhinoplasty fat grafting to zygoma and lips upper lip lift. They started closing the nose. Then the resident removed the colorado bovie tip from the bovie and placed it on my mayo stand.

While they were closing the nose the resident placed the colorado bovie tip on my mayo stand and i went to grab it to put it in my red needle box and it stuck me. I removed my gloves and saw that there was bleeding. I cleaned the area with betadine.
