I TOOK NEEDLE TO CAR FOR DISPOSAL. WHILE TRANSFERING PLASTIC BAG CONTAINING NEEDLE TO CONTAINER IN TRUNK OF CAR THE NEEDLE PIERCED THE PLASTIC BAG AND MADE CONTACT WITH THIRD FINGER R HAND BETWEEN METACARPAL AND PROXIMAL PHALANGE. NO BREAK IN SKIN NOTED
