Before the incident
due to a ps emergency that nurse in charge asked me to help while we restrain the patient
What happened
during the restrain the patient was using his right leg to kick back toward one the nurses chest and i had to intervene to mobilize right leg so that we were able to fully complete the 4-p restrain . by stopping him pulled a muscle in my shoulder.
