I was moving the monitor in OR 15 to set up for a case plugging the injector into the back of the monitor at around [REDACTED]. Following that I was in OR 1 setting up for a case and putting the monitor into place at around [REDACTED]

In OR 15 I turned to set up and hit the top right side of my head into the mini screen on the back of the large monitor. In OR 1 I was putting the carm monitor in place stood up and hit the back right side of my head on the bottom rail of the monitor
