Before the incident
I was cleaning stripping food trays alongside my peers and was constantly bending up and down to grab the trays from the food truck cart.
What happened
As I was bending down to grab another tray my coworker moved the food truck into my head hitting my upper lip and causing me to bite down roughly on my bottom lip. A lip laceration was made. I was brought to the ER by my manager. I was given stitches.
