Before the incident
i was waiting for elevator and a patient had asked a question i turned to answer her and as i walked into elevator the door closed on my face.
What happened
As soon as the elevator door closed on my face i got in and dopped to the floor. i was so dizzy and instantly had server pain in my nose and my right side of face. i exited the elevator an went straight to the suite door 202.
