Before the incident
pt had a cath procedure done and had to remain flat due to Groin access and she was having difficulty breathing and she was sliding due to being reversed [REDACTED]. and also needed boost to take oral meds
What happened
i asked for help and another RN helped me. pt was on a hover mat and we inflated it and I used the red tabs to pull her up in bed and hurt my back on the R side flank immediately felt sharp pain. and now pain continued post Advil and hot and old pack
