DA was returning to the delivery vehicle upon doing so DA tripped over raised sidewalk with a large root underneath causing the raised slab of sidewalk DA tripped over this portion of the sidewalk falling forward injuring right pinky finger During [REDACTED] DA also stated a pop was felt in the left knee which was followed by radiating pain up and down left thigh and calf DA did attempt to compete route but the pain was to unbearable and dispatch and management were contacted to be removed from the route and seek medical attention
