EE was loading milk crates on a dolly to take to the back area in kitchen where the crates are staged and put away. The crates were coming out of the dishwasher machine he was picking up stacks of 7 crates high to place on the dolly while doing so one of the crates on the top fell and hit his eye and cut him near his eyebrow.
