Flipping bags and placing them on a cart.

On the morning of [REDACTED] the press supervisor informed me that an employee was unable to work and had an arm injury. I asked the supervisor to complete an investigation and he took a statement from the employee. Then came to the EHS office where we discussed what would happen moving forward. I called an Uber and had the employee transported to Wellnow Urgent Care. I followed in my personal vehicle. While waiting in the lobby the employee explained the process that was taking place yesterday working on the [REDACTED] line 13 : 1. Remove the bag from the pallet. 2. Flip the bag end to end. 3. Place the bag on the cart. 4. Move the cart to the rotofeed. 5. Place the bag in the roto feed. 6. Remove the bag by lifting it upward. 7. Placing the bag in the bag cart. Employee stated that yesterday was the first time she used her left arm extensively when flipping the bags (2).
