Worker was using left non dominant hand throughout his shift to perform a majority of his duties due to a prior injury he received to his right dominant hand. Worker began feeling pain in his left arm and elbow which progressed throughout his shift from repetitive use of his non dominant arm. worker had been cleared to return to work with restriction of limiting use of of dominant hand.

What happened

worker was opening the unloading hopper to a trailer. There was resistance with opening the hopper due to the buildup of ice around the hopper. This required the worker ot use both of his arms. The worker felt a sharp pain in his left arm which shot up to his elbow
