Inspecting the inside of the vent window

Employee did not know another employee was going to open the vent window. Upon opening the vent window the employee 's middle finger (left hand) fell into the opening of the vent track. The other employee let go of the vent while (injured) employee 's finger was still in the vent track causing injury.
