EMPLOYEE STATES: I WAS WELDING SKIMMING PADDLES UP WENT TO GET MORE PLATES FROM UNDERNEATH TABLE PICKED UP SAME AMOUNT OF PLATES THAT I ALWAYS HAVE PULLED THE PLATES OUT STARTED TO SET THEM ON THE TABLE AND FELT A POP IN MY SHOULER OR ELBOW. PAIN SEEMS TO BE MORE IN THE SHOULDER. THIS HAPPENED AROUND [REDACTED] THIS MORINING. NOTIFIED SUPERVISOR.
