What happened
While noticing the edge bander machine in the woodshop was not working to performance standards the employee assessed the glue pot needed to be cleaned. While using a rag and stick to remove molten glue from the back of the glue pot some of the molten glue attached to multiple fingers on the employee 's hand causing second degree burns.
