What happened
I was called on versa to assist the Nurse in room 306. The patient nurse need help getting the patient back in bed from chair recliner The patient was a Hoyer transfer. The nurse didn 't know how to use the lift. We got the patient safely in the bed. The patent was to close to the right side of the bed and we needed roll her. the nurse wasn 't able to help well with pushing or pulling. I most took all the muscle strength. when doing so of push and pulling the patent to get more in the center of the bed I strained my right lower part of my back. The dis comfort pain started [REDACTED] I 'm able to work at this time.
