Cg was stripping a pt room

I was stripping pt room. I was placing all trash in the trash bags and linen in the soiled linen bag and when I was taking the trash bags out of the trash cans my middle left finger started burning. I didn 't think much of it and continued to soiled utility and threw the trash bags in the trash buckets and soiled linen where it goes then it occurred to me that I could get in trouble if something happened such as if I was poked by something as I seen what looked like the epidural line on top in one of the trashes and I didn 't say anything. So I called my supervisor and she made me fill out this report. Im not sure if i was poked by anything or not. There were no tears in my gloves and no blood on my finger just a white bump and burning.
