Feels that pushing the ice bin coould have caused a strain in her foot from a faulty wheel
Injury or illness
[REDACTED] informed me on the morning of November 24th that her foot was bothering her and felt sore. She thought this could be from when we had a bad wheel on the ice bin. A work order was called in to have the wheel fixed a few weeks back. The ice was replaced from the ice bin was not repairable. [REDACTED] recently had an injection from her arthritis and felt it could have been either her arthritis flaring up or a strain on the foot from the ice bin. She is not sure and when she brought this to me attention I informed her we needed to report this. She is in the process of scheduling appointment with her orthopedic.
