Employee unloading at Youngstown Agency dock. Closed trailer door. Went to turn and stepped into area between dock plate and dock floor. Lost balance and fell onto side. As falling twisted and turned leg ankle foot. Tried to work through it the rest of week. By [REDACTED] was still in pain. Woke [REDACTED] starting walking and heard something snap in lower part of left leg. Went to Youngstown Orthopedic on [REDACTED]. Took x-rays nothing broke. They scheduled [REDACTED] for a visit to an orthopedic specialist on [REDACTED]. He was instructed to call in after appointment with update
