What happened
Employee was operating mobile crane stacking large skids. A stack of skids began to turn and travel towards the employee in the operator cab. The employee on the tag line could not stop the rotation. The injured employee instinctively put his hand out to try and stop the skid coming at him and it pinched his hand between the skid and operator cab causing a deep laceration.
