What happened
got up from the ball chair and pushed it out of the way. The ball chair came back towards associate and tripped over the chair. fell into the desk holding onto the printer then to the window sill and backwards into the desk. Hit left back of arm on the corner of the desk and ringer index finger on the right hand bending and jamming finger
