Employee was unloading a shop rack off his truck at Giant Eagles loading dock when the dock plate got stuck on the wheel of the shop rack and he pushed harder to get it across and heard something snap in his left elbow area. Pain shot up his arm from his elbow to his shoulder. Left arm was swollen.
