Associate stated that when in left pit she uses her left arm to install the spat underneath the vehicle. Associate then worked in right pit which associate stated requires the use of her right arm to install the spat underneath the vehicle.
What happened
Associate informed that she experiences discomfort in her left shoulder while performing certain tasks such as putting on wheel covers. During the conversation it was stated that the initial discomfort was when associate was working in left pit.
