At [REDACTED] employee was coming from the [REDACTED] area and going to the printer room [REDACTED] been back and forth several times trying to get tote labels to print While walking into the printer room his toe caught on a lip of concrete around the trench grating and he caught himself by grabbing an 8 drain pipe that runs up the wall and a yellow bollard on the other side of him Grabbing the supports caused a twisting motion and he said the twisting coupled with his body weight caused too much pressure on his backEmployee continued to label totes and utilize forklift to put totes away At [REDACTED] an email with the incident account was sent to the Production Superintendent and then the employee told a fellow operator he was going home to get some pain relief Employee went to urgent care on [REDACTED] and Cascade Health on [REDACTED] Employee received modified work restrictions
