An employee and their Supervisor were clearing built up dough from the scraper underneath the KRD rounder belt when the employee cut their finger on the scraper itself The equipment was stopped and the employee was using a small hand held blue metal detectable scraper to clean the scraper under the belt The edge of the scraper that sits against the conveyor is sharp This is not a routine task as this scraper is usually cleaned by Sanitation however with running through for the Holiday they did not have a down day to clean it resulting in excess dough build up
