Before the incident
They where painting the floor in the [REDACTED] area I felt dizzynauseous around [REDACTED] went to lunch and ate. I continued to feel the same way. I informed my Process Coach and he informed me I can go to medical or he would move my assignment. He did move my assignment worked until approximately 230 when I felt like I was going to pass out and had right lower quadrant pain accompanied with nausea. Then I informed my supervisor and they came and got me took me to medical.
