Associate alleges After blood drawn done removed needle stick occurred while sliding sheath to cover needle. removed butterfly needle and needle hit left side of thumb. Did not show bleeding but felt sting saw little red dot on side of thumb. Noticed about 5 minutes after incident washed right after that for about 30 seconds. Notified acting Supervisor.
