Teammate put the 1st ply corner down onto the drum

EE put mateiral onto the drum and operator thought while doing that they hit the middle foot switch which made it cycle through. As she kicked the middle foot pedal her right middle finger got caught in between the drum and stitcher which caused her hand to roll up.
