What happened
he [REDACTED] case wrapper conveyor jammed caused cases of product to fall on the floor and spilled juice from the bottles. The operator identified another machine failure and began running toward the machine to fix the plastic wrap applicator on the case wrapper machine. The employee ran through the spilled material and slipped resulting in a fall. The employee sustained strain to their R. Shoulder and Lower back and contusions to the R. Wrist and R. Elbow.
