Due to mobility disability EE was using elevator with a coworker to get to the first floor. The doors closed on EE and coworker and the elevator jolted twice while being stuck and dropped to the basement hurting EE 's back and legs. Location is lower back middle mild swelling back. EE was referred to medical provider by Company Nurse triage.
