What happened
[REDACTED] was transferring a print roll from the print roll pallet onto the wear pallet to bring to the line since its more stable on the wear pallet. She pushed the roll onto the pallet but it rolled back towards her so to stop it she used both hands and put her left hand at the base of the roll. The roll mashed her hand between it and the pallet. [REDACTED] had pain and swelling in her hand.
