Before the incident
EE was trying to get out of the tight area at the cutting unit. This is inside the pad machine area. While leaving the cutting unit area EE was trying to come out of the cutting unit and the step block slid and EE was stuck then EE was able to get out of the machine.
What happened
EE was coming out of the cutting unit area and when stepping down to the step block the step block slid and EE tweaked back while exiting the cutting unit area inside the pad machine at the Profile line.
