Associate was reaching to unhook back strap of dust collection bag.

What happened

Both SPC Regrind associates were unloading a bag from the dust collection blue cyclone. The straps that hold the bag in place were not coming off in the back so while associate [REDACTED] was in the fork lift 3[REDACTED]75 holding the pallet with the bag elevated to relieve the straps at the top associate [REDACTED] reached into the area between the doorway and the lift truck mast to take the back strap off and associate [REDACTED] accidentally moved forward on the lift truck pinning the associate between the doorway and the mast. Associate [REDACTED] backed up once he realized and associate [REDACTED] was able to get himself out of the pinch point and walked to go sit down nearby. This happened at [REDACTED].
