What happened
Was using bone saw intra-op when it bounced off of bone and hit employee 's left middle finger. Noticed tear in top glove removed it. Under glove was completely dry but noticed small pin hole in under glove so that was removed to change and then found split cuticle at left middle finger with bleeding.
