What happened
I parked my car and got out to open my trunk but I was having trouble so I got back in the car to try and press the trunk button to open it. I was trying to go in the trunk to get the windshield cover to protect the windshield from the snow. So I then got out of the car again and I slipped and fell. I hit the ground pretty hard. My right thigh leg right arm and both shoulders are in pain.
