Concluding blood donation

EE passed out while concluding blood donation with a donor. EE fell hitting their head and stated back pain the following day. EE stated [REDACTED] having esophageal prolapse and was advised to not consume caffeine or acidic drinks. EE consumed orange juice the morning of the [REDACTED]. EE stated prior to passing out they felt heartburn and dizziness that got rapidly worse causing the loss of consciousness. Paramedics and police were called but EE declined going to the hospital. Paramedics took pulse and blood pressure; did not administer medication.
