Employee was attempting to lower a trolling motor to team lift it into a truck. The trolling motor was standing up against the frontline scanner. They walked backwards without looking where they were going.

As employee went to lower the trolling motor they walked backwards towards the dock area. A pallet left off to the side of the truck was in their path and the employee tripped over it and fell. Their back made contact with the wall and folded scissor gate of the dock.
