What happened
[REDACTED] had to unbuckle herself to get off the forklift and then [REDACTED] slid off the step with left Lt foot and braced herself with her left leg which hit first on the step had one hand on the handle on the forklift and the other hand on the side of the forklift and as doing so the left knee twinge and felt a sharp knife pain and proceeded to finish her shift. Left foot slipped off the step and [REDACTED] was holding on so that prevented her from falling to the ground.
