IW was working in bullpen getting pallets ready to be shrink wrapped
What happened
IW was operating the lift when it abrupt stopped while in the bullpen area. The forks were empty and the lift had nothing on it. IW fell directly on the floor and hit the concrete with his back (lower back). IW felt pain and couldn 't breathe. IW laid on the floor for about 20-30 seconds before getting back up. After 5-10 minutes continued work still having trouble with breathing and pain in lower back
