Employee felt his eye begin to burn while blasting.

The employee was wearing a blast hood at the time of the incident and did not stop to remove his hood or rub his eye as he was inside a tank car at the time. Upon exiting the car his leadman noticed his eye was red and he asked about it and the employee said it was burning. The leadman instructed him to rinse the eye out and reported to the supervisor
