Before the incident
The employee noticed that line 2 was backed p and went to assist the team at the end of the line. During the period in and around [REDACTED] he lifted and assisted with moving 3 doors of the lift table at the end of the line activating the lift table and placing hte door clips into the bore holes to secure the door. On the 4th door he was working on he activated the lift table and prior to the door being totally secure on the table following its movement up he turn and attempted to get a door clip. The door wobbled and not being fully secure fell onto him causing bruising on his right are the right side of his back and on his left leg.
