(7) If treatment was given away from the worksite where Employee was at the nose of the trailer the last pallet of freight was leaning forward he was adjusting a box that was on top when he reached to grab the box to move it towards him the box ripped he lost his balance; employee stepped back and tripped on the forks of the lift (that were behind him) as he attempted to hold himself he reached back and caught the top of the chain on the forklift (72).
