What happened
Employee was standing near a moving skid of finished sheets that were traveling on the discharge conveyor from the Cut-to-Length Line (CTL). The skid traveled beyond the end of the conveyor causing the finished sheets to start falling off the skid. As this occurred the employee stepped away from the sheets and leaped to avoid being struck and or pinned by the sheets or skid. The employee then tripped over the floor mount for the conveyor
