[REDACTED] was going to put some items in the Kitchen sink and when she stepped on the mat that was in front of the sink her right leg went with the mat when the mat slid. Her left foot was stationery and [REDACTED] felt a pop in her knee. The fact that the floor was little wet under the mat therefore the mat slid taking [REDACTED] with it. Normally if we see water or floor wet we have it cleaned and ensure that there is no water
