furnace 52 row 1 pusher looked bent - employee was going to review the head and shaft of the pusher.
What happened
To do this employee was turning the drive pully by hand on the belt to move the head forward so that it could be reviewed. Once the indicating block came of the limit switch the motor started up and automatically reversed the pusher. When this happened [REDACTED] 's glove was caught in between the belt and pully entangling his hand.
