[REDACTED] was walking around the automated truck going back to the driver 's entry area.

[REDACTED] was walking back from retrieving his scale ticket to dump at the Ecocycle facility. As he was walking down the right side of the truck [REDACTED] reached up and grabbed the mirror bracket and stepped on the edge guard of the scale platform he slipped on the edge guard and his ring caught on a bolt on the mirror and he cut his hand. Palm was cut.

Cut on right hand ring finger.

Finger was hung up on bolt on the driver 's side mirror.

Walking around the truck he slipped on pipe rail and reached for the mirror bracket and caught his ring finger and cut the finger open.
