What happened
Per dept. procedure all employees were asked to step back from the pots before the shrink wrap was removed from the pots by the crew leader. She did not step back. When the shrink wrap was cut the pots sprung out enough to cause her to fall backward hitting her head.

Employee was wearing hair bundled up hat then a hood when she fell backward. When she fell she hit the back of her head causing her to feel pain.
