What happened
Associate slipped and fell at employee entrance sustaining injury to head leg and arms (left side)
Injury or illness
At approximately 6:20am Associate was walking to the DHL front door entrance and while stepping up on the raised concrete pad she misplaced her left foot on the edge of the pad causing her to stumble and fall into the entrance door. When falling she sustained a cut over her left eye from hitting it on the door handle of the from entrance. She was quickly attended to by a fellow associate and escorted to the breakroom to report to her supervisor. An ambulance was called due the cut over the eye but the ambulance stated that due to the nature of the injury they would not be able to take her.
