There was an apparent altercation between two associates picking around the same location on the warehouse floor. It is believed that an Associate pushed another associate to the ground and the associate that fell started having trouble breathing then started having a seizure. Co-workers provided aid while EMS was dispatched. She was taken to the local emergency room.

Associate was located on the warehouse floor breathing heavy and lost conscious first aid was given at time of incident. Current state is unknow as she was transported to the hospital.
