He was coming back from his lunch break

Associate came back from his lunch break and attempted to disconnect the MHE charger when he experienced an electrical shock. Associate covered his hands with his sleeves and attempted to disconnect the charger 3 more times before finding a supervisor.

The associate experienced an electric shock that may have involved up to 300 amps initially reporting sensations of numbness and tingling. Approximately 30 minutes after the incident while attempting to lift a box he felt a painful jolt travel up his left arm accompanied by severe pain. Upon visiting Concentra for evaluation the medical staff tested his hand by poking it with a toothpick; he reported feeling pressure but no pain at that moment. However he has since indicated that his hand is hurting today. No bruises marks on arm wrist hand.
